FAQ: Invoice Retention

Question:  How long are invoices for winning bidders retained in MobilBid?

Answer:  Invoices are retained indefinitely - as long as you don't delete the auction.  Once deleted they cannot be recovered.  MobilBid will never delete an auction unless requested by a client.  You can download invoices in bulk or individually at any time after the auction has ended, or is archived.
