Question:  Have you a "cheat sheet" with instructions we can give patrons?

Answer:  Try something like this - just change the text message and phone number for your configuration!

Text DEMO to (647) 699-0027 from your smartphone to access the auction. Follow the instructions contained in the reply. You'll be asked to complete your profile and choose options. Once you access the auction, you can browse the items, click on any item to see details, make favourites, and bid. You can choose to receive outbid alerts by text or email. Keep an eye on the countdown timer at the bottom of your screen! Good luck!
