FAQ: Patrons with iPhones not able to access auction
Question: I have a patron on an iPhone who is not able to get the auction to come up on their phone - any suggestions?
Answer: This is rare, but we see it on occasion. Generally it is because patrons have changed settings away from the normal/default settings.
Note: The iPhone should have all the regular iOS updates installed and up to date
Instructions, within Settings >> Safari:
1/ The use of Javascript set to allowed.
2/ The use of cookies set to allowed.
3/ "Ask websites to not track me" set to disabled
4/ "Prevent cross site tracking" set to disabled
5/ Then clear the browser history, and do a full restart of the phone.
