The Silent Auction is paperless and will make checkout quick and breezy!

Bidding is ONLY available through the mobile platform on your smartphone. To access the silent auction, please text GALA to 647-699-1874 and follow the instructions in the response.

• You will be asked to provide a credit card prior to making your first bid and this will be the card that is charged when you win an item. Please make sure to enter the card you would want to pay with!
• Winning bidders will receive confirmation of the amount charged and a payment receipt within minutes of the silent auction closing - NO LINEUPS! You card will automatically be charged.
• You will receive alerts to your phone if you are outbid
• There is an ability to place auto-bids so you don't need to monitor your favourite items in the auction…it will automatically bid for you!
• All sales are FINAL with no exchanges or refunds. Auction purchases below the stated value of the item(s) are not eligible for a tax receipt; a tax receipt will be issued ONLY for the amount paid in excess of the stated value and will be mailed to the purchaser following the Gala.
• Only after the auction room doors have re-opened can the winner proceed to pick up their prize. Please do not remove your item prior to checking in with a volunteer showing your winning bid and receipt of payment on your smartphone. An item cannot be picked up without proof of payment receipt. We have sufficient volunteers ready to assist you. Please note that the room will be closed and locked for the evening after checkout is complete.
