MobilBid suggestions the following text be used on the Preview Landing Page and Running Landing Page.  You may wish to add in additional points to cover your organization's policies:

Patron Privacy Policy

1. MobilBid collects patron first name, last name, cell phone number, email address and bidding information on behalf of our Clients.
2. MobilBid has no rights or ownership of the information for any purpose whatsoever, it remains the property of our Clients at all times before, during and after an auction is run.
3. MobilBid Clients control the use of the collected information, what it is used for, and how long it is retained in the system according to their individual privacy policies.  We respect those policies and comply with them as required.
4. MobilBid is fully PCI compliant.  The platform is designed such that no patron credit card information ever passes through or is stored within our systems.  All card data is stored within a Client's Stripe.com merchant account, and MobilBid only receives a reference "token" from Stripe.com.  Stripe.com is a Level 1 card processor, the highest security rating.  The Client controls the length of time a patron card may be on file, but does not have access to full card details.
