FAQ: How can I send an auction invite to a specific patron?

Question: A person is not able to register themselves, but I see they are already in the database - how do I send them an auction link?

Answer: You can have the platform send an "invite" link to any individual by:

Look up the patron record (left-side menu >> Patrons: pick from the list of all patrons, or search by name or phone number)
It is worth ensuring that the person is not tagged as a "tester", and that they have SMS and/or EMAIL notifications enabled
When viewing the patron record, press the INVITE button in the "Actions" section and confirm
