FAQ: Can I pre-schedule my Custom Messages to automatically be released?

Question:  Things are busy during the evening of the event - Am I able to set up a series of custom messages that will be broadcast to patrons at predetermined times?

Answer:  Yes, that is possible!  The quick answer - from your Auction Dashboard >> left-side menu >> Broadcasts >> Schedule Settings.  Prior to setting up the schedule, edit the Custom Messages (left-side menu >> Settings >> Message Templates >> Custom Messages) and save them with appropriate titles (e.g. "15 Minutes Remaining".)  When setting up a schedule, you choose which message, which recipient group, and the date/time you want the message released.  Once saved, you will see it listed.  You can set up multiple messages, each for different times.  The next upcoming message will be referenced on the Auction Dashboard by name and date/time.  You can edit the schedule at any time.
