FAQ: Alternate Winners

Question:  One of the winning bidders did not pay.  How do I locate the second or third highest bidders for a particular item?

Answer:  From your auction dashboard >> left-side menu >> REPORTS: Select the ALL ITEMS report.  When looking at the list of items, the right-most column has a button displaying a label such as "8 BIDS" (the number will be dependent on the number of bids actually placed.)  Pressing that button will show you the full bidding history, and names of all patrons who bid on the item.  Note:  If the button says "1 BID", then the winning bidder is the only bidder.
