How to Add Administrators

MobilBid has no limits on the number of auction administrators.  You can give access to as many people as you wish.

IF YOU'RE ALREADY AN ADMINISTRATOR, DO NOT ADD YOURSELF AGAIN (see note #3...)

Instructions:

When you first login, you'll see a list of your "Organizations".  Press the ADMINS link for the organization you want to give access to, and add the email address of the person you wish to have access.  They will receive an invite via email and can set their own password.

Notes:

1. You can allow access to a specific organization (e.g. allow a volunteer to help with the golf tournament, but not with the gala.)
2. If you want a person to have access to ALL organizations, please contact support@mobilbid.ca and provide the email address of the person you wish to be a full account administrator - they will also be able to add organizations, add admins, and edit Stripe settings - they will have FULL access.
3. DO NOT add administrators who already have full access - that may prevent them from using their full access.
