FAQ: Can I print information sheets, to be displayed on the table next to each item?

Question: How can I download and print an information sheet with the item Title, Description, Donor, Lot Number and Starting Bid?

Answer: From your list of items (auction dashboard >> left-side menu >> Items) choose the DOWNLOADS icon):

And from the drop-down list, select ITEM INFORMATION CARDS.

A PDF file, one page per item, will be downloaded to your computer.  A typical page will look like this:

Fold each page in half (or cut the page in half with scissors) and display in front of each item.  You may have to edit your Titles, Descriptions or Donor information to fit on the page (e.g. long descriptions may push the text to a second page for the item.)
