FAQ: Phrase / Keyword to Text to Number

Question:  How do I set up the phrase or keyword that patrons need to text to my number, to register for the auction?

Answer:  No set up or configuration is needed.  Because the phone number assigned to your auction is unique and linked only to your auction, ANY phrase or keyword will work (except, of course, "STOP".)  Patrons can type your published word in upper case, lowercase, mixed case, or even mis-spell it.  As long as they get the number correct, any word will work at all times.
