FAQ: How Do I Edit an Item?

Question:  How do I edit items that are already added to an auction?

Answer:  You can edit items at any time, even when the auction is running.  There are two options:

1. Single Edit: From your auction dashboard, select the ITEMS option from the left-side menu - this will give you a list of all items, sorted in lot number order.  You can edit any single item by clicking the edit (pencil) icon to the right.  This allows you to edit all elements of  the item profile, including the photo.
2. Bulk Edit: From your auction dashboard, select the ITEMS option from the left-side menu - this will give you a list of all items, sorted in lot number order.  You can bulk edit all items by clicking the advanced (gear/cog) icon near the top right.  This will display all items, and elements such as the lot number, category, starting bid and minimum increment are easily editable on one screen.  Make sure you save the changes at the extreme bottom right once changes are made.
