FAQ: What's the difference between Broadcasts and Messages?

Question:  What is the difference between "Broadcasts" and "Messages"?

Answer:  Broadcasts is the act of sending out a Message.  You can pre-edit all your Message Templates ahead of time, especially the Custom Templates.  During the auction, use the Broadcasts function to actually send out the message to a chosen group of patrons.
