FAQ: Preferred Web Browser

Question:  What is the recommended web browser to use as an administrator?

Answer:  Whether on Windows or a Mac, you'll get the best results if you use Chrome.  We're getting reports that Internet Explorer on Windows 10 is problematic - but Chrome works nicely.  Microsoft Edge on Windows is fully compatible as well, and is Microsoft's replacement for Internet Explorer since 2015.
