FAQ: Does the auction URL stay the same?

Question:  Each auction is assigned a website URL for patrons to use to access the auction - If I duplicate the auction, will the URL change?

Short Answer:  The URL does not change.

Long Answer:  Each URL is generated specifically for each organization.  Because you can only run one auction at a time within the organization, the URL is fixed and does not change.  It is safe to reference the same URL for duplicated auctions (e.g. you use the URL to test an auction, then duplicate and go live with the copy.)
