Auction Dashboard:

The dashboard is a great start, as it gives you a bunch of information at a glance.  You can refresh the page as needed to see the number of patrons who have logged into the platform ("Interested Patrons"), how many bids have been placed, and the total revenue generated by auction items and donations.

Reports:  On the left-side menu off the dashboard:

1. All Items: A list sorted by lot number, available on-screen, PDF and CSV formats.  The on-screen report can be filtered on various criteria.
2. Items by Patron:  A list sorted alphabetically by patron, showing their winnings.  Available on-screen, PDF and CSV formats.
3. Donations:  A list of patrons who have made donations.  Available on-screen, PDF and CSV formats.
4. Margin Report:  A list sorted by lot number, showing the profit margin of each item (e.g. winning bid - cost = profit).  Available on-screen (filterable), PDF and CSV formats.
5. Client Profit:  A very specific report that can assign percentages to margin proportions, can be used to calculate fees to your clients, if you are a MobilBid Professional account user.  Available on-screen (filterable) and PDF formats.
6. Payments:  A list of winning patrons showing their payment status and details.  Available on-screen, PDF and CSV formats.

Invoices: On the left-side menu off the dashboard:

Available only after auction closing, shows invoice and payment status "at a glance".  Gives an administrator access to invoice details and ability to process payments by cash or cheque (and credit card), resend invoices, split payments, void unwanted items, etc.

The on-screen report can be filtered, and there are downloadable versions:

1. All Invoices PDF - ideal to get a copy of every winning bidder and their purchases in one place. Sorted alphabetically by patron last name.
2. Results by Patron - Full Report (CSV) - a one-liner for each winning patron, showing contact details, total invoiced, amount paid, outstanding balance.
3. Results by Patron - Payment Details (CSV) - a one-liner for each paid-up patron, showing contact details, total invoiced, amount paid, time paid, payment method.
4. Results by Patron - Generated Invoices (CSV) - a one-liner for each unpaid patron, showing contact details, total invoiced/outstanding.

Items: On the left-side menu off the dashboard:

There is a downloadable item checklist (PDF) available, which includes the item image, lot number, title, starting bid and minimum increment - ideal for proofreading your items.  Note:  It can take a while to generate and download the PDF - be patient.
