FAQ: What is "Client supplied fees percentage"?

Question:  I'm setting up my auction, and within the general settings there is a field labelled "Client supplied fees percentage" and another field labelled "Vendor supplied fees percentage" - what are they for?

Answer:  If you are a MobilBid "Professional" client (e.g. a value-added reseller of MobilBid services) and use one of the reports to automatically calculate your fees and charges to your charity clients, these fields can be used to enter the proportion of revenues for each type of item supplied (e.g. you may opt to charge a lower rate for auction items that your charitable clients supply, versus ones that you supply.)   If you don't charge back your services you can ignore these fields and leave them as zero.
