FAQ: How to I send a copy of an invoice to a patron?
Question: A winning bidder deleted their invoice and can't (or won't) log in again to get a copy. How can I help them?
Answer: An administrator has complete access to all patrons and their invoices at all times. From the left-side menu of the auction Dashboard >> Invoices >> for the person in question >> Details >> then you can download a copy and email it to them as an attachment. Note that once paid, the invoice is replaced with a "paid" invoice (same detail, plus the payment information added.)
