How do I set up an Auction?
To set up an auction, do the following.
Your Auction Options are accessible at any time from the Auctions Page.
To get to your Auction Page follow these steps…
- From the Organizations screen, click Select Organization button.
- To view your Auction Options, click the Cog button on the right of the Auction you want to edit.
- Click Admin Dashboard to go to the Admin dashboard of your auction.
- The Auction Dashboard gives you an overview of all your settings.
- Settings provide you with access to your auction's settings.
- Categories let you add and delete item categories for your auction.
- Items let you add and delete auction items.
- Patrons let you search, view and edit your guests.
- Reports allow you to create auction reports.
- Invoices allow you to view and download generated invoices after an auction is complete.
- Broadcasts allow you to edit and manage broadcast messages that will be sent via email and SMS Texting.
- Preview Auction lets you view the auction before running it.
Pro-Tip: Organizing items and descriptions in an excel spreadsheet before you begin allows you to bulk upload saving time while last minute items are easily accommodated.
