FAQ: Why is there a space between a URL tag and the final period in a Message Template?

Question:  I'm editing the SMS Autoresponder message template, and I notice there is a space between the %{magiic_link_url} tag and the period - is it safe to remove the space?

Answer:  NO - if the space is removed many text message systems will combine the period with the URL and make it invalid.  Leave the space!  If you're thinking of deleting the period completely, it's there as a workaround to a known iPhone messenger bug.  Please leave the space + period - your patrons will be happier.
