FAQ: Setting Currency to USD vs CAD

Question:  How do I specify what currency I want to run my auction in?

Answer:  You can choose USD or CAD.  This is specified at the Organizational level when you create your first or subsequent organizations, or you can update your organizational settings from the right-side menu >> Organization Settings >> General Settings.

Note:  No existing auctions will be changed if you alter the currency chosen - it is not possible to change the currency of any existing auction.  If you need to change the currency of an existing auction, duplicate it and delete the old one - the duplicated auction will pick up the currency as defined in the organizational settings.  It is not possible to change the currency of a running auction.
