FAQ: QR Codes for Guest Registration

Question:  Can we publish a QR code to make it easy for guests to register?

Answer:  YES! While MobilBid does not generate QR codes, there are many free QR code generators available (Google "free QR code generator" - we've had success with https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/) - just cut and paste the URL from your auction dashboard - the URL found in the AUCTION LOGIN section.)  

Note:  Best to direct your guests to one registration method or the other, but not both - if you publish both the phone number method (by default we do not provide a phone number, but you can request one at no additional cost) and the URL/QR code method, make it clear that guests should use one or the other, but not both (otherwise some may end up with two separate accounts, which will confuse them.)
