HOW-TO: How to assign a winning bid for a "Live" auction item

Question: Our auctioneer has successfully auctioned off a number of live items at our in-person event.  We had listed these items in MobilBid for display and promotion purposes.  How do I assign the winning bids to the items, so that the winning bidders are invoiced through MobilBid?

Answer:  As long as the MobilBid auction is still running, you can assign the winning bidder using this sequence:

• From your auction Dashboard, go to the left-side menu and select the PATRONS option
• Select a person to be assigned a live item and view their patron profile
• Press the View Current Order button (top right of their profile)
• Press the Add to Order button (top right of the page)
• Scroll down the items and select the live auction item you wish to assign - press the button labelled ASSIGN TO [name]
• Verify the item name, enter the $amount and press the SUBMIT button
• Repeat as needed
