FAQ: How do I send a Message?

Question:  I want to be able to send a message (email and/or SMS) to all my participants during the auction - how do I do that?

Answer:  The quick answer - from your Auction Dashboard >> left-side menu >> Broadcasts >> Send Now.  You can send one of the automated messages (pre-written) or select a Custom Message (you can write your own/new content.)  Once you have written or confirmed the content (both email and SMS) then select the recipient group from the drop down list and press the submit button.

TIP:  You can pre-write the custom messages (e.g. "an hour to go!", "10 minutes to go!", etc) and then simply choose and send them as needed.

TIP:  You can pre-schedule Custom Messages to be automatically sent at a particular time.  See Broadcasts >> Schedule Settings.
